Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or playing mini-games developed by Hamza Mücahit Çaltılı (trading as Artic Game Studio) on the TikTok Mini Games platform.

By launching, playing, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable TikTok Platform Guidelines.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and play our mini-games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2Intellectual Property Rights

All titles, source code, artwork, audio assets, animations, game design mechanics, UI/UX layouts, trademarks, and logos associated with our mini-games are the exclusive intellectual property of Hamza Mücahit Çaltılı (Artic Game Studio) or its licensed contributors.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our games without prior written authorization.

3User Conduct & Fair Play

When using our games, you agree not to:

  • Use automated systems, bots, hacks, or cheats to manipulate gameplay, leaderboards, or score mechanisms.
  • Exploit software bugs or design vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
  • Attempt to bypass or interfere with in-game monetization, advertising displays, or reward verification mechanisms.

4In-Game Rewards & Virtual Items

Any virtual items, virtual currencies, boosters, or extra lives earned through gameplay or rewarded advertisement views:

  • Have no real-world monetary value.
  • Cannot be redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.
  • Are non-transferable between users or outside the game environment.

5Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artic Game Studio and Hamza Mücahit Çaltılı shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our games, including data loss or server interruptions.

6Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued access to the game after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
